Context

NXMart is the merchant-side app for Ummah Shop, an Islamic goods seller (Qurans, prayer accessories, apparel, wall art). Shop owners manage their product catalog, track orders through fulfillment stages, monitor revenue and sales trends, respond to customer reviews, and manage shop compliance documents (KYC status, TIN status, shop license).

The problem: The shop owner needed a single mobile dashboard to run the store end-to-end, listing products, tracking which orders were processing versus shipped, watching revenue trends, and handling reviews, instead of juggling separate tools.

Team & Ownership

Built the Flutter frontend and integrated Laravel backend services.

Challenges

• —Surfacing revenue and order analytics (daily order volume, month-over-month revenue change, active product count) in a way that's scannable on a small screen instead of a raw data table.
• —A product-creation flow structured enough (multi-image upload, category, description) to stay fast for a shop owner listing a new product.
• —Making order status (Processing vs. Shipped) legible at a glance across a growing order list.
