Fitness app for runners in Chattogram, Bangladesh: live GPS run tracking, a social feed of friends' activity, running clubs with their own member feeds, and ticketed local races like the Coastal Half Marathon at Patenga Sea Beach.

Built Flutter UI and integrated tracking and event features.

• GPS tracking accuracy and battery usage.
• Event booking state management.
• The app spans five surfaces (solo tracking, a social feed, running clubs, ticketed race events, and challenges) that all needed to feel like one connected running community instead of five separate features.

• Used platform location services through Flutter plugins.
• Tested booking flows end-to-end.

• Built the live GPS run-tracking screen with real-time distance, pace, and duration overlay on the map.
• Built the running clubs feature: club profiles, member activity feed, and a joined-clubs grid.
• Built the ticketed race events flow (event detail, participant count, ticket purchase) for local races.
• Built the social activity feed showing friends' runs with distance, pace, time, and like/comment counts.
